我公司系中外合资企业，于2004年3月经内蒙古乌海市发展改革委员会立项，并取得了内蒙古自治区颁发的外商投资企业批准证书。公司在内蒙古自治区工商行政管理局登记注册，地址在乌海市海南区西来峰工业区内，占地面积18万平方米。总投资为1800万美元，注册资本为720万美元，现有职工人数310人，其中工程师6人，大中专技术人员30人，员工平均年龄32岁。生产经营范围为冶金焦、洗精煤、焦油、粗苯等，拥有年生产能力为入洗原煤60万吨的重介洗煤厂、年生产捣固焦40万吨的焦化厂；洗煤厂投入目前的设备数台。
